How The Draw Works

Merit decides the shortlist. The live draw decides the final winners.

The shortlist is locked first
By the time the stream starts, the eligible draw pool has already been shaped by the published scoring rules and independent review.

Main winner first
The first draw selects the main winner from the full qualified shortlist.

Then the runners-up
The remaining shortlisted entries stay in the pool for the two runner-up selections, with no duplicate winner selection.

You do not have to be on the livestream to win
The stream is public for transparency. Winners can still be contacted and processed through the normal verification steps even if they are not watching live.
