General Refund Policy
Grantaura provides grant discovery, application writing, assessment, and subscription services. Refund eligibility varies by service type and the stage at which a refund is requested. All refund requests must be submitted via our contact page.
Refunds are not automatically processed. Submit your request and our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Assessment Submission Refunds
The assessment submission fee ($5) is non-refundable once an assessment has been submitted and reviewed. If you experience a technical error that prevents submission or if Grantaura is unable to process your assessment, a full refund will be issued.
- Submitted and reviewed assessments: Non-refundable
- Technical failure preventing submission: Full cash refund
- Duplicate charge (error): Full cash refund
Credits & Wallet Refunds
Credits purchased via the Grantaura Wallet are non-refundable once added to your account. Unused credits remain valid indefinitely and may be applied to any future Grantaura service.
- Unused wallet credits: Non-refundable (credits never expire)
- Onboarding bonus credits: Non-refundable
- Technical error in credit top-up: Full cash refund
Subscription Refunds
Pro subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Trial period: No charge — cancel before trial ends to avoid billing
- Paid billing cycle already started: Non-refundable
- Duplicate subscription charge (error): Full cash refund

We are committed to delivering high-quality grant applications. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and outcome-oriented. The refund amount depends on the stage of preparation at the time the request is received.

Service Credits
Service credits never expire and may be applied to any future Grantaura service, including future GrantLaunch projects, wallet top-ups, or assessment fees.
Processing Time
Approved cash refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Grant Outcome Disclaimer
GrantLaunch fees cover expert preparation and submission services. Grant funding decisions are made entirely by the respective funders. A submitted application that is not successful is not grounds for a refund.
