Grantaura Trust Center
Terms of Service
These Terms explain how Grantaura works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users. We front-load the important parts so businesses can understand service scope, refund rules, and authorized-agent responsibilities before paying.
Clear Positioning
Grantaura is not a funder or grant-making institution. We provide research, tools, and expert support.
Authorized Agent Scope
For Full Application Submission, you authorize Grantaura to prepare and submit on your behalf when the grantor allows it.
No False Guarantees
We cannot guarantee funding outcomes because final decisions are made by third-party funders.
Policy Transparency
Privacy, billing, and refund rules are visible before high-stakes actions and are linked throughout our flows.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to your use of https://grantaura.com/, including grant listings, categories, locations, grant discovery pages, dashboard features, support pages, and any Grantaura service interactions.
By accessing or using Grantaura, you agree to these Terms and our related policy documents. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Current Services and Tools
Grantaura currently provides a combination of platform and service layers, including:
- Grant discovery resources, including categories, locations, and listing detail pages.
- Eligibility and matching flows, including profile-based and dashboard-linked experiences.
- Guides, FAQs, blog resources, and educational support content.
- Consultation and advisory pathways.
- Professional services such as grant research, grant writing, market research, and business plan development.
- GrantLaunch / 1-Apply workflow features, where available.
- Billing-related features such as subscriptions, wallet credits, and paid assessment flows where enabled.
Service features can vary by account state, eligibility, region, plan level, and operational availability.
3. Future Offerings
Grantaura is actively evolving. Planned or in-progress offerings can include memberships, digital products, training content, webinars, micro-consulting formats, affiliate-supported recommendations, and additional tools.
If a new offering launches with materially different rules, those specific rules will be published before or at launch. New offering terms become part of these Terms when posted.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information in forms, profiles, and service inputs.
- Keep account access secure and protect your credentials.
- Do not share account access in ways that compromise service integrity or security.
- Promptly update information that affects eligibility, project context, or billing.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our verified system error.
5. Listings and Third-Party Opportunities
Grant listings and opportunity summaries are informational tools, not promises of eligibility, approval, funding, or timing. Funders and third-party program owners control final criteria, processes, deadlines, and decisions.
You are responsible for validating opportunity details with the original source before submitting an application.
6. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
6.1 Paid services
Some Grantaura experiences are paid. Pricing, included deliverables, and billing timing are shown at checkout, offer cards, service agreements, or order flows.
For higher-commitment services, we place key price, authorization, refund, and privacy links close to the decision point so you can review them before purchase.
6.2 Wallet credits and account balances
Where wallet features exist, credits are applied according to the specific purchase or service flow rules shown at purchase time.
6.3 Subscriptions and renewals
For subscription plans, billing cycles, renewals, downgrade behavior, and trial conditions are controlled by the active plan terms shown in your billing flow or dashboard.
6.4 Service commitments
Paid services cover professional effort, research, and deliverables described in the agreed scope. Payment does not buy or guarantee third-party funding decisions.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund rules vary by product type and service stage. Official refund handling is defined in our Refund Policy: https://grantaura.com/refund/.
If there is a conflict between generic statements and the dedicated Refund Policy for a specific service flow, the dedicated Refund Policy controls for that flow.
8. Authorized Agent Services
This section applies when you purchase Full Application Submission or a similar done-for-you filing service from Grantaura.
What you authorize
You authorize Grantaura and its professional team to prepare, package, and submit grant applications on your behalf using the information and documents you provide.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee funding, grant approval, or reviewer decisions. Those outcomes are controlled entirely by the grantor.
What depends on you
You must provide accurate information, required approvals, and any portal access or signatures needed to complete the submission on time.
8.1 Submission authority
When a grantor allows third-party preparation or submission, you authorize us to act as your service provider for that process. If the grantor requires direct applicant action, identity verification, or applicant-owned credentials at any stage, you agree to complete those required actions promptly.
8.2 Accuracy of client-provided information
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you provide. Grantaura is not liable for application outcomes, disqualifications, or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information supplied by you or your representatives.
8.3 Deadline and operational edge cases
- If Grantaura misses a deadline or makes a material submission error because of our operational failure, the Refund Policy applies and controls the remedy.
- If a deadline is missed because you did not provide required information, approvals, credentials, or responses in time, Grantaura is not responsible for the missed submission.
- If a payment is duplicated or the wrong price is charged because of a system error, Grantaura will correct the charge according to the Refund Policy.
- If a grantor changes its rules, deadline, or portal requirements after work begins, Grantaura may adjust the service path or request additional cooperation from you.
8.4 Incorrect or incomplete submissions
If we identify an issue before submission, we may pause the file and request clarification or corrected materials from you. If an incorrect submission is caused by Grantaura after authorization and receipt of correct materials, the Refund Policy controls the remedy.
Related policies: Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Grantaura for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, disruption, or interference with platform operations.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent identity, organization, authority, or eligibility facts.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected Grantaura materials without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access when required to protect users, data integrity, platform security, or legal compliance.
10. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
Grantaura retains rights to platform design, code, workflows, templates, processes, and protected brand materials unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Grantaura a limited license to use submitted content as needed to provide requested services, run platform features, maintain security, and comply with law.
11. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
11.1 No funding guarantee

11.2 Professional information boundary
Grantaura content is for informational and service-delivery purposes and is not legal, tax, investment, or regulatory advice. You should seek qualified advisors for those matters.
11.3 Service availability
We aim for reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, external dependencies, or force majeure events.
11.4 Liability scope
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grantaura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Direct liability, where applicable, is limited to amounts paid to Grantaura for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, platform, or product changes. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a revised date.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious policy violations, security risks, abuse patterns, or legal requirements.
