Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy (Guest Posting, Outreach, Broken Link Building).
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (Core Web Vitals, Crawlability, Schema).
  • Perform keyword research targeting high-intent US small business grant seekers.
  • Optimize on-page elements (Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Internal Linking).
  • Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
  • Provide monthly reports on keyword rankings, backlinks acquired, and Domain Rating growth.

Must-have Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience with a portfolio of successful link building campaigns.
  • Currently residing in Pakistan.
  • Expert proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture (themes, plugins, basic PHP/HTML).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working asynchronously in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) or Gutenberg block themes.
  • Basic familiarity with VS Code and Git version control.
  • Experience in the B2B, Finance, or Grant/Funding niche.
  • Creative writing skills for crafting outreach emails and guest posts.
