How does 1-Apply work?
You complete a short profile, select the grants you want to apply to, choose your billing preference, and we handle the rest. Our expert writers prepare each application, both internally reviewed and sent to you for approval before submission.
How many grants can I apply to?
You can select between 1 and 20 grants per GrantLaunch order. Selecting more grants reduces your per-grant rate. You can start a new GrantLaunch project after your first completes.
What happens if a grant is rejected?
Grant outcomes are not guaranteed — they depend on the funder's decision. Our fee covers expert preparation and submission, not the grant result. We are committed to submitting the highest-quality applications possible.
Can I review the application before submission?
Yes. Every application goes through two internal QA reviews and is then sent to you for approval. Nothing is submitted without your explicit sign-off.
What is the refund policy?

How long does it take?
Preparation time depends on the number of grants and their deadlines. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days per grant. Rush and priority SLA options are available at checkout for grants with upcoming deadlines.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. You can begin the checkout process as a guest. An account is created automatically during the payment step so you can track your projects from the dashboard.
What grant types do you cover?
We cover government grants, foundation grants, corporate grants, and sector-specific programs listed in our database. Only grants you are eligible for (based on your profile) will appear in your matched list.
