Business Age: Your business must have been actively trading for at least 6 months and no more than 6 years at the time of application. This is measured from your formal registration date, not when you started planning or developing your idea. Businesses younger than 6 months or older than 6 years will be automatically disqualified.

Legal Entity Type: You must be a registered legal entity. Sole traders and sole proprietorships are explicitly excluded across all eligible regions. If you're operating as a sole trader, you'll need to register as a company (LLC, Ltd, GmbH, etc.) before applying. This is the most common disqualifier we see.

Country of Registration: Your business must be legally registered in one of these regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, any European Union member state, or Switzerland.
