If your business is seasonal or spiky, that quarterly cap is the filter that will catch you. Does your accounting system show quarterly breakdowns clearly? You'll need those figures ready.
The official eligibility page says you must be a "creative entrepreneur as defined here." That link doesn't resolve. I've checked prior cycles. Same broken reference. What I can see from the 15 named past winners: digital design studios, bath and body companies, healthcare consulting firms, coaching practices.
