Grantaura v3.3

Your new dashboard — smarter grant matching, faster decisions

What Is New In v3.3

Platform Features

  • Grant Matching v2 engine scores every opportunity 0–100 based on your location, entity type, demographics, funding needs, and category.
  • Best Match sort is now the default — highest-scoring grants appear at the top so you see your best opportunities first.
  • Eligibility tiers (Eligible, Strong Match, Good Match) are shown as color-coded badges directly on each grant card.
  • Hard eligibility gates filter out grants you definitively cannot qualify for — no more wasted time on ineligible listings.

User Experience

  • Dashboard v2 is rebuilt with a cleaner layout organized around how grant seekers actually work — find, review, apply.
  • Match score badges appear directly on grant cards so you can triage your list in seconds without opening each listing.
  • Grant cards now surface match reasons — location, category, funding proximity — so you understand why a grant ranked where it did.
  • Mobile experience is significantly improved with better spacing, cleaner card hierarchy, and faster tap targets.

Reliability Improvements

  • The v2 matching pipeline runs a multi-stage scoring algorithm: eligibility profile build → candidate fetch → gate checks → 0–100 scoring → ranked output.
  • Scoring weights: Location (25), Category (20), Demographics (20), Funding proximity (15), Entity quality (10), Keywords (10).
  • Hard gates apply at the database level for active status and location, then at PHP level for entity type, demographic exclusivity, and funding extremes.
  • Grant card formatter updated to accept optional match data as a third parameter — fully backward-compatible with all existing callers.

Business Impact

Stop wasting time on the wrong grants

The matching engine hard-filters grants you cannot qualify for before you ever see them.

Find your best opportunities in seconds

Scored tiers and Best Match sort put your highest-probability grants at the top of the list.

Understand your fit before you apply

Match reasons on each card tell you exactly why a grant ranked high or low for your profile.

More complete profile, better results

The engine uses your entity type, location, demographics, and funding range — fill it in once and every session improves.

What Is Live Right Now

  1. Dashboard v2 The rebuilt dashboard is now live for all users — faster, cleaner, and organized around your workflow.
  2. Grant Matching v2 Intelligent scoring and eligibility tiers are live across all matched-grants views.
  3. Match score badges Eligible (green), Strong Match (blue), and Good Match (amber) badges now appear on grant cards.
  4. Best Match sort Grants are sorted by match score by default — your best opportunities surface at the top automatically.

Security and Trust Signals

  • Match scores are calculated from your profile — they are transparent, explainable, and shown directly on each card.
  • No grants are hidden — unmatched listings are visible but ranked after your scored opportunities.
  • All eligibility checks are applied consistently using the same rules for every user and every grant.
  • Release notes are versioned and available at a stable public URL.

Known Limits in This Cycle

  • Match scores improve as you complete more of your profile — a partial profile will produce fewer high-confidence matches.
  • Some niche grant categories with very few eligible applicants may show smaller scored lists.
  • Demographic matching applies only when a grant is exclusively targeted — broadly open grants score on other factors.
  • Historical release archive pages are limited; this page remains the source of truth for v3.3.

What Teams Should Do Next

  • Log in and open your dashboard to see Dashboard v2 — your matched grants are now scored and ranked.
  • Check the Eligible (green) tier first — these are your highest-confidence opportunities.
  • Complete your profile (entity type, location, funding range, demographics) to unlock more accurate match scores.
  • Use the Best Match sort to keep your highest-scoring grants at the top as new listings are added.
