About: The TRANSFORM Business Grant 2025 is designed with a clear, powerful mission: to support and uplift entrepreneurs from systemically marginalized groups. TRANSFORM is on a mission to create lasting systemic change by redistributing wealth and promoting anticapitalist and antiracist ideals. This grant offers a $1,000 microgrant and a customized, year-long business strategy and development program to each grantee, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the growth of innovative and impactful business ideas.

The TRANSFORM Business Grant 2025 provides a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, particularly those who identify as part of marginalized communities, to receive the necessary financial support and mentorship to grow their businesses. The grant aims to empower individuals in systemically marginalized groups who are making significant social impact and demonstrate financial need. This includes, but is not limited to BIPOC individuals, individuals with disabilities, formerly incarcerated individuals, and queer, trans, and nonbinary folks.

In addition to the $1,000 microgrant, grantees will participate in a year-long growth-based mentorship program. This program includes access to pro bono services from experts in branding, coaching, skill-based learning, marketing, and more. TRANSFORM is actively anticapitalist and antiracist, continually working to identify and dismantle oppressive systems of power. This grant is open to applicants in the United States, regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

Eligibility:

-Individuals or teams located in the United States, regardless of immigration status.
-Applicants must identify as part of at least one systemically marginalized group.
-Idea/business must be aligned with TRANSFORM’s values, including antiracism and anticapitalism.
-Idea/business must be social impact-oriented and challenge systems of oppression/address social injustices.
-Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

This grant does not fund:
-Political organizations or activities.
-Religious organizations for religious purposes.
-Student loans or other debt payments.
-Business activities focused on medicinal or clinical practices.
