-The business must be legally established and have its primary operations located within one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
-The business must be an active seller on the eBay platform, evidenced by having active listings within the six (6) months immediately preceding the application date.
-The business must maintain an eBay seller performance rating of “Above Standard” or “Top Rated.”
-Applicants must not have been previous recipients of an eBay Up & Running Grant in any prior year.
