The program offers annual grants of $10,000 to selected entrepreneurs, along with a comprehensive 12-month mentorship and education program. This includes access to BOSS University, which provides business training courses, and a supportive online community. The goal is to equip these entrepreneurs with the resources and knowledge needed to build scalable, growth-oriented companies.
