About: The Rialto Small Business Grant Program provides a one-time grant of up to $10,000 to small businesses in Rialto, California. -Disclosure of prior COVID-19 relief funding required
-Must not have received Rialto city grants in the last 24 months
-Businesses must either serve an area where at least 51% of residents are low-to-moderate income (LMI) or employ/create jobs for at least 51% LMI individuals
Terms:
-Funds are strictly for operational costs, rent, utilities, PPE, or other business expenses
-Business must meet HUD low-to-moderate income criteria for services or employment impact
-Grants are not repayable
-Additional eligibility conditions include providing documentation like revenue loss reports and overdue bills
-Business must have or obtain a Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEI)
