How the Visionaries Pitch Competition Works

This is a three‑round competition, not a single submission. Here’s the flow:

• Round 1 – Apply: Submit a 60‑second video and short answers. Pay the $20 administrative fee. Videos are the primary selection factor.
• Round 2 – Semifinals: 35 founders are announced July 23. They attend a mandatory virtual bootcamp on July 28 and pitch live (2.5 minutes, no slides) on August 6. One finalist is chosen by public vote during this window.
• Round 3 – Finals: 10 finalists travel to Los Angeles for the live event on September 28. Each gets 5 minutes to pitch plus 5 minutes of Q&A with judges. Winners are announced the same day.

What should you include? Introduce yourself and your business, state the problem you solve, show traction or progress, and end with why this matters. Don’t try to cover everything. The goal is to make judges want to learn more.
