About: The Select Health Awards 2025 presents a transformative funding opportunity for organizations dedicated to building healthier, more resilient communities across Idaho, Utah, and Clark County, Nevada. This initiative specifically targets organizations working to address critical social determinants of health and improve community well-being through innovative programs and sustainable solutions.
Select Health, as a nonprofit health insurance organization, has designed this grant program to create lasting impact in communities by supporting organizations that align with key health priorities. The awards focus particularly on initiatives that address social determinants of health, enhance mental well-being, and improve outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions. The application process for the 2025 awards is streamlined yet competitive, accepting the first 200 applications from each participating state. A distinguished committee, comprising community leaders, Select Health employees, and clinical partners, carefully evaluates each application to select organizations that demonstrate the most potential for creating meaningful community impact.
