About: The Yves Rocher Foundation launched the Terre de Femmes International Prize in 2019 to honor women worldwide who lead impactful environmental and social projects. The 2025 edition focuses on preserving coastal ecosystems, critical areas between land and sea threatened by urbanization, pollution, and climate change. Eligible projects must have tangible environmental and social impacts, engaging local communities in safeguarding coastal regions like mangroves, coral reefs, and wetlands. The prize includes €10,000, support from the foundation, and membership in a global community of committed women. This initiative aims to inspire sustainable practices and build resilience among coastal communities.

Eligibility: women or groups of women, non-profit organizations (NGOs, associations, foundations), projects with strong environmental and social impacts.
Terms: Projects must focus on coastal ecosystems with measurable environmental and societal impacts. Initiatives involving the high seas or oceanic environments are ineligible. Submissions must demonstrate local community involvement and be led by women or female groups associated with a non-profit entity.
