About: The BIPOC Small Business Accelerator by PeopleFund is a program designed to empower underserved entrepreneurs in Texas by offering financial resources, education, and tools for sustainable business growth. As a Community Development Financial Institution, PeopleFund emphasizes aiding low-to-moderate income individuals and communities. Participants engage in a structured program featuring virtual training, access to LivePlan business planning software, mentorship, and loan application support. Eligible participants who graduate and secure a loan may receive grants between $3,000-$5,000 for equity injection or legal business expenses.

Eligibility: Texas-based businesses, low-to-moderate income individuals or businesses in qualifying areas, start-ups and existing businesses, U.S. citizens or permanent residents, meeting credit and lending criteria.
