About: The Gusto Impact Awards recognize and support small businesses that prioritize community service and engagement. This award includes one grand prize per city within five metro areas: Charlotte, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Houston, and Miami. Each grand prize offers over $50,000, consisting of $40,000 in local advertising designed with Gusto’s creative team, $10,000 cash, and one year of free payroll services. Additionally, 150 finalists will each receive a $500 Visa gift card. Winners are chosen based on their mission, community impact, and how the award will enhance their business goals.

Region: Charlotte, NC; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Miami, FL metro areas
Eligibility: small businesses with no more than 75 employees, $7M or less in 2023 revenue, active for at least 1 year, active website and internet access
