You should know the full path before you pay.

Applications stay open through the month. Review starts after the round closes. The live draw happens on the 10th, and awards are handled between the 12th and 15th.

Qualify
Momentum uses a public 100-point rubric. Applications at 91 or higher are best positioned for review, but the panel still makes the final shortlist call.

Carry Forward
If your entry qualifies but is not drawn, it can continue into the next round instead of dropping back to zero. A fresh Impact Response and valid entry status are still required.
