Momentum is built for real U.S. small businesses, not open public entry. To apply, your business must be legally registered in the United States, based in the United States, operating for at least 6 months by round close, and have 25 employees or fewer.

The applicant must also be 18 or older, and each business may submit once per round.

You have three entry paths. You can enter directly for $25.00 for the current round, or enter through an active GrantauraPLUS plan at $29.00/month or $249.00/year.

Your payment status must be valid for the round you want to enter.

No. One business may submit one entry per round. That keeps the process fair and avoids duplicate chances for the same business.

Once the hard gates pass, you need 91/100 or higher to move into review.

The published 100-point rubric includes these weighted areas:

• Business profile completion – 25 points
• Business operating time – 10 points
• Online presence – 10 points
• Grantaura platform engagement – 10 points
• Impact Response – 10 points
• Grant-seeking activity – 8 points
• Community or economic presence – 8 points
• Grantaura social follow – 7 points
• Referral source – 7 points

Independent reviewers handle this stage. Grantaura employees, owners, investors, advisors, and similarly affiliated parties cannot review applications.

The draw is not pulled from everyone who paid. It is built from qualified entries after review.

• Default draw-pool ratio: 20% of qualified entries
• If qualified entries are fewer than 10, the ratio becomes 30%
• If there are qualified entries, at least one entry stays in the pool

Round submissions stay open from the 1st to the last day of the month. The previously closed round then moves into panel review from the 1st through the 7th of the next month.

The live draw runs on the 10th at 7:00 PM ET. Awards are processed between the 12th and 15th.

No. The livestream is there for transparency, not as a claim requirement. Winners can still be contacted through the normal verification process even if they are not watching live.

Status labels follow the monthly process:

• Open – submissions are open
• Closed – submissions ended and review is next
• Reviewing – the panel review window is active
• Drawn – draw phase is active or complete
• Awarding – winner payout work is active
• Complete – the cycle is closed after awards
• Rolled Over – the round did not meet minimum submissions and moved forward

Yes. That overlap is part of the design. One round can be open while the previous round is in review, draw, or awards.

Your entry may carry forward into the next round if it qualifies. You still need a fresh Impact Response and valid payment status for the new round.

If a round has fewer than 15 paid submissions, it rolls over. Paid entries move into carry-forward status, and the round pool moves into the next cycle rollover pool.

Yes. Carry-forward preserves continuity, but it does not remove payment requirements. The next round still needs valid direct-entry status or active GrantauraPLUS coverage.

No. Each active round still needs a fresh Impact Response.

From round net proceeds after payment processing fees, the main winner receives 70%, runner-up 1 receives 2.5%, and runner-up 2 receives 2.5%. Total winner distribution is 80% of the net pool.

Direct-entry refunds are available before the next-month review window starts. GrantauraPLUS refund timing follows the plan policy shown during checkout.

Yes. Winners may need to complete verification and tax documentation before payout is released.
