The Momentum Forward Grant program is administered by Grantaura LLC. Unless a specific section says otherwise, Wyoming law governs the program.
Section 02
Eligibility Requirements
To enter, the applicant must represent a legally registered U.S.-based business, be 18 or older, have been operating for at least 6 months by round close, and have 25 employees or fewer.
Each business may submit once per round. Conflicted or otherwise restricted parties are not eligible.
Section 03
Entry Methods and Payment
You may enter through direct payment for the applicable round at $25.00, or through an active GrantauraPLUS plan that includes Momentum entry at $29.00/month or $249.00/year.
Your payment status must remain valid for the round you are entering.
Section 04
Selection Process
Merit determines who reaches the shortlist. The live draw determines the final winners from that qualified pool.
The selection path has four stages:
- All entries are scored against the published 100-point rubric
- Entries at 91 or above may advance to independent panel review
- The strongest reviewed entries form the live draw shortlist
- The main winner and two runners-up are selected by live random draw from that shortlist
Section 05
Review Panel Independence
No employee, owner, investor, advisor, or similarly affiliated Grantaura party may serve on the review panel. Active assignments and completed reviewer records may be published through the program pages.
Section 06
Prize Structure
Winner payouts come from round net proceeds after payment processing fees. The main winner receives 70% of the net pool, each runner-up receives 2.5%, and total winner distribution equals 80% of the net pool.
Section 07
Carry-Forward Status
Qualified non-winning entries may carry forward into later rounds. Carry-forward preserves continuity, but it does not remove the need for valid payment status or a fresh Impact Response in the new round.
Section 08
Schedule
Rounds accept applications from the 1st through the last day of each month. The previously closed round moves through panel review from the 1st through the 7th of the next month, the live draw happens on the 10th at 7:00 PM ET, and winner awards are handled between the 12th and 15th. The next round may stay open while that prior-round work continues.
Section 09
Refunds, Verification, and Taxes
Direct-entry refunds are available before the next-month review window begins. Subscription refund timing follows the policy shown during checkout. Winners may need to complete verification and tax documentation before payout is released.
Section 10
Publicity and Liability
Winners may be published on program pages and related Grantaura channels once verification and publicity permissions are complete. Grantaura is not liable for technical failures, submission loss outside its control, or other disruptions beyond reasonable program administration.
Section 11
Governing Law
This program is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. By participating, entrants agree to those governing terms.
