Teams must represent their universities, with all members enrolled in the same institution, though one team member from a different university is allowed. The competition is open to students worldwide, with no entry fee. Employees of the Hult Prize Foundation and its affiliates are not eligible. Participants organizing local events cannot compete in those events. All submissions must be in English. The Hult Prize 2024 offers a grand prize of USD 1 million to the winning team, providing a significant boost to their social enterprise.
